The lab is a strength and conditioning studio aimed at unleashing the inner athlete in everyone. Our sessions are team oriented, competitive, fun + supportive. Our mission is to help our community improve their physical + mental health and reach their fitness goals. We laugh a lot over here and we work hard – together.

session structure

The warm up.

The lab’s signature warm up is 10 minutes of dynamic, explosive and progressively challenging movement aimed at preparing you for training.

The circuit.

Consistent transitions from explosive exercises to resistance and velocity training techniques. Every class will have different elements to challenge you in new ways. Active recovery periods keep your heart rate elevated and the energy buzzing.

Finisher.

Here at the lab we always finish class with something fun and sometimes spicy…

5-10 minute cooldown.

We finish each class with our team chant and high fives all around. You made it!

class schedule

Class schedule will be posted on Instagram stories every Friday at 10am for the following week (Monday thru Sunday) as we navigate demand. Registration will go live at 1:30pm every Friday.
